By using the SLOW Specialty Coffee website (slw.bar) and services, you agree to these terms. SLOW reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Reservations & Cancellations
- Omakaffee: Requires a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. A non-refundable reservation fee of $1,000 MXN per session is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Coffee Flight: Walk-ins welcome for parties of 1–3. Parties of 4+ are asked to reserve 24 hours in advance.
- Private Events: Require a minimum of 7 days' notice. Pricing is bespoke and confirmed upon inquiry. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit any deposit paid.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability and sourcing costs. Menu items and experiences reflect current pricing at the time of your visit or reservation.
Health & Safety
Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at the time of booking. While we take every precaution to accommodate dietary needs, SLOW cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge this limitation.
Intellectual Property
All content on slw.bar — including text, images, SVG illustrations, and design elements — is the property of SLOW Specialty Coffee and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
SLOW Specialty Coffee provides its website and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our experiences.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of México. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baja California Sur.
