What is a "cupping" and is prior coffee knowledge required?
A cupping is the professional method for evaluating coffee. No experience necessary — our baristas guide your team through every step.
What is the "14-Day Peak" Origin Tasting?
Beans have an optimal flavor window 10–14 days after roasting. Alonso leads participants through six beans at days 5, 10, and 14 post-roast, demonstrating how timing profoundly affects flavor.
Do you provide food alongside private events?
Yes. Every event includes artisanal pairings curated by Jazmín — botanical bites, fermented elements, and delicate pastries. Custom food arrangements can be discussed during planning.
