Our newsletter, The Slow Dispatch, is the only recurring marketing communication we send. It is delivered by email to subscribers who have explicitly opted in through our website or at our sanctuary.
What We Send

- Notes from the bar — reflections on craft, sourcing, and the philosophy of the pause.
We send only what matters. Expect infrequent, intentional dispatches — never more than twice per month.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.
- We do not send promotional emails on behalf of other businesses.
- We do not use tracking pixels or personalized advertising in our emails.
- We do not enroll you in marketing communications without your explicit consent.
