At SLOW, we believe that greatness is born from consistency and the respect for the environment that surrounds us. This is why we are proud to announce our official support for the Cortés Open 2026, the largest open-water swimming event in the history of Baja California Sur.
A Shared Philosophy
Just as a perfect cup of coffee requires the right temperature, timing, and dedication, the swimmers crossing the 1.3K, 3K, 5K, and 7K routes at Playa Palmilla embody the spirit of the "Slow" movement: being present in the moment, honoring the "Aquarium of the World," and pushing limits with every stroke.
Supporting the Community
For the hundreds of athletes representing over 10 nationalities and 22 Mexican states, we understand that the ritual doesn't end when you leave the water. It continues in the recovery, the shared stories, and the connection found over a warm cup of coffee.
We are honored to fuel the energy of the volunteers and the swimming community during this 4th edition. But our commitment goes beyond this year's "Sold Out" event; SLOW is here for the long haul.
